The Important Value and Prospect of Aluminum Packaging in Deep Processing Industry Chain

It is well known that aluminum packaging is at the top of the aluminum deep processing industry chain, which is the most integrated part of the whole value chain. Not only the aluminum raw materials, aluminum plate, quality requirements are extremely high, but also, it is the decision of the aluminum deep processing industry to continuously improve the processing technology and quality. At the same time, the technological innovation of raw material processing of aluminum products is also promoting the upgrading of the aluminum packaging industry.
In terms of the current development trend of aluminum packaging, the main three aspects are:
1. The Innovation of New Materials for Packaging
In many packaging materials, aluminum materials have unique advantages in packaging products, like steel and iron materials.
As the change of terminal market demand, consumer food safety and environmental protection consciousness, metal packaging material to the food and beverage barrier property of packaging, sealing have higher requirements.Therefore, both aluminum and other metal materials face the challenge of new material development and development.
At present, in Japan, Korea, Europe and the United States these developed countries, the application of coated aluminum materials in the field of food and beverage has become a new trend. The new material is used to produce aluminium bottle canister products, not only has the high level of appearance but more importantly, it has better protection for content quality and flavor. At the same time, because of its high friendliness to the environment in the process of production, it is also a good product favored by the product supplier and the new people. Before the coated aluminum, the coated iron material has been widely used in food and beverage products. More than 90% of beverage products and canned food in Japan are packed with coated iron. At present, in the development and application of coated iron materials, we have achieved some exciting results, but the industrialization and scale application of the food and beverage industry needs to be further improved.
So-called metal coated materials, metal materials with the different content improved formula of plastic film, packaging material through the special process, because of its no emissions of VOCS in the processing and molding process, do not contain bisphenol A (bpa), therefore is called as "The Ultimate Can".
Compared with the thinning trend of metal materials advocated by industry in many years, the development of the new aluminum coated material will have a significant impact on the metal packaging industry.
As we all know, advanced production technology makes the tank wall thinner. In the future, aluminum cans will be even lighter and more delicate. The tank body will not only be thinner and thinner, but can still meet the requirements of customers and consumers.In 2013, Bohr launched ultra-lightweight aluminum cans in Europe. The 330ml aluminium can, which reduces weight by nearly 10 grams, reduces the use of aluminum by nearly 5 percent compared with traditional aluminum cans. Compared with 30 years ago, aluminum cans have lost 30 percent of their weight, compared with 350 milliliters of aluminum cans from 1970 to 2013.
It can be predicted that the light quantification of aluminum cans is an inevitable trend of future development. Whether it is coated aluminum material or thinner aluminum material, it will challenge the processing of aluminum products, and also provide new market and opportunities for the deep processing of aluminum industry.
2. The Creative Design of Packaging Enhances Brand Awareness
New creative design, not only embodies in improving the use convenience aspects that aluminum packaging can be repeatedly opened and re-sealed, but constantly emerging special deformation and the appearance of new technology, is used in the development of high-grade packaging or as a promotional tool, improve enterprise's influence to brand owners in competition with the similar products. 
Of course, the innovation of metal packaging deformation design, the structure design rationality is particularly important, and these are also more inseparable from the basic characteristic fine quality metal sheet.
3. Innovations in Technology and Products Revolve Around Environmental Protection
Compared with the environmental problems faced by the aluminum processing industry, the metal packaging industry also faces the test of technology and product upgrading, which is not only related to environmental protection, but also to food safety.
In addition to the above I just to introduce the effect of the new material conform to the requirements of environmental protection, and metal packaging has a close relationship between printing ink, paint and other related products and technology needs to be in lower emissions of VOCS, reduce harmful substances, made more innovation and research and development work. And these innovations often involve a comprehensive cross-boundary collaboration from materials to equipment.
Above three development trends, cannot leave the word "Innovation", because the industry's future development, the innovation will bring the profound of industry structure change, this change reflected in terms of hardware facilities, the deeper changes in the ideological change is in the manufacturing of us.

The general engineering application of wrought aluminium alloy material or building aluminium profile is the process of the semi-finished product.
